  • How can I track my order?
    To track your order, please visit www.USPS.com and enter your tracking number that was provided to you via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to be updated on the USPS website. Please note that international orders may take additional processing time as your package will need to be handled and passed through your country's customs department. Please note that orders shipped during the holiday season may take additional time to be delievered due to the high volume of USPS deliveries.
  • When will my order ship?
    All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. Please note that orders placed during the holiday season may take additional time to process and ship due to the high volume of orders.
  • I haven't recieved my package, what should I do?
    If you have not recieved your package please contact us to assist you in locating your order.
  • What if my package was damaged, lost, or stolen?
    Unfortunatley, we are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages! In such a situation, we suggest you contact your local USPS.
  • Can I exchange or return?
    Due to sanitary reasons we do not accept any exchanges or returns. All sales are final.
  • Is there overnight shipping?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer overnight shipping at this moment.
  • Can I combine promo codes at checkout?
    Unfortunatley, we do not allow promo codes to be combined.
